1 Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to cb22. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cb22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website at cb22.io, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features available thereon (collectively, "the Service").
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of cb22, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. cb22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent closure.
3 Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the cb22 platform. Creating, operating, or assisting another person in operating a duplicate or secondary account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances held across all accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. cb22 does not accept registrations using fictitious names, anonymous identities, or false particulars.
- All registration information must match the identity documents you provide during any verification process.
- You must notify cb22 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or contact email.
- Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses may be subject to additional scrutiny and verification requirements.
- cb22 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
4 Account Security
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cb22 account credentials, including your username and password. cb22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members. Access to the cb22 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. If you become aware — or reasonably suspect — that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cb22 support immediately at [email protected].
- Use a strong, unique password for your cb22 account that is not used for any other online service.
- Enable any two-factor authentication or OTP verification features made available on the platform.
- Do not access your account via shared, public, or unsecured Wi-Fi networks without appropriate VPN protection.
- Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or non-personal device.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits made to a cb22 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the receiving account pending investigation.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Processing time: Deposits are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.
- cb22 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
- Deposits that cannot be matched to a valid account transaction may be refunded to the originating payment method, less any applicable third-party processing fees.
- cb22 does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or via anonymous payment methods.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to a pending period during which the amount is not available for wagering. cb22 will notify you if any withdrawal request is placed on hold.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
cb22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published on the relevant Offers & Promotions page at the time of the offer.
General bonus terms applicable to all promotions on cb22 are as follows:
- Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed full account registration and identity verification.
- Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- cb22 reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an account will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
- Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms in a manner not intended by cb22, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Free spins, if offered, are valid for a limited time as specified in the promotion and expire without value if not used within that period.
7 Gameplay Rules
All games available on cb22 — including live casino tables, slots, sports betting markets, and fishing games — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface, as well as to these general platform-level rules. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.
- All bets once confirmed and accepted by the cb22 system are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled, except where cb22 determines that a technical error has materially affected the outcome.
- cb22 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system or pricing error, and to settle such bets at the correct odds as determined by cb22 in its sole discretion.
- In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a live game round, cb22's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a server-side technical failure, affected wagers will be refunded.
- The use of any automated betting system, script, bot, or third-party software to place bets on cb22 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
- cb22 operates certified random number generators (RNGs) for its virtual games. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose own game rules and fair-play certifications apply.
- Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — are settled in accordance with official results and the specific sport-rules documentation available in the betting section of the platform.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cb22 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent closure of your account:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with cb22.
- Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a fictitious or third-party identity.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
cb22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event that:
- A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
- cb22 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
- A player fails to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by cb22.
- A player is found to be under the age of 21.
- cb22 receives a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require cb22 to restrict or terminate the account.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cb22 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where closure results from circumstances unrelated to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

11 Intellectual Property
